Friday brought some heavy rain to Flagstaff’s airport. Below, you can see the record report from the National Weather Service. Before Friday, Flagstaff was well below normal for the month. A single storm can make or break a season for a single site. When you look below, the real challenge with precipitation in Arizona is clear.

While the Flagstaff Airport sits at a healthy 2.69 inches of rain, nearby CoCoRaHS sites are reporting much less. Even just across I-17 from the Airport, they have seen roughly an inch less.
